We offer our employees a flexible and inclusive work environment and an open culture.

We actively support the compatibility of having a career and a family by promoting flexible working models for both men and women, such as working from home, flexible working hours, and part time work in leadership positions. 

We are convinced that an inclusive culture is key to reap the benefits of our diverse workforce. Employees shouldn’t have to “fit in” to be successful at our company. We are committed to creating a positive and attractive work environment in which everyone feels they are appreciated, respected, and taken seriously.

To raise awareness and continuously advance a culture of inclusion, we also support employee networks, providing platforms where people can connect and learn from one another. Women’s networks, initiated by our employees, have already been established in Canada, the US, Germany, and Switzerland.

Continuously improving gender balance in upper and senior leadership, along with our first-time selection to the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index, shows that our commitment to equality and to a comprehensive diversity and inclusion strategy is bearing fruit.
